How To Monetize With Honesty and Explaining

Your personality and willingness to be kind and forthright is by far the cheapest way of making money and creating word of mouth as a marketing strategy.

Learning how to listen and explain things honestly will save you so much money from underperforming marketing.

But it will also make people trust you and tell others about you.

Unfortunately, most people are too afraid of being honest and too irritated to answer simple inquiries.

People want to do business with people they trust

  • Most people don't think they have to honor timelines.

  • Most people think of customers as a wallet.

  • Most people don't treat customers with respect.

  • Most people don't respect other people's lives.

  • Most people don't think customers have needs.

The cheapest and most effective marketing plan is using your personality to create word of mouth.

Let's dive in.

1: Always over-deliver on time or under

Customers hire you to deliver value on time or earlier.

From a customer's view, they hire you to deliver value that betters their lives.

It's good to know that happiness is the anticipation of a value being delivered in the future.

Just like with:

  • Booking a vacation

  • Ordering a massage

  • Buying food at a restaurant

  • Buying your digital education will help them

It's all about the expectation and anticipation that will bring a sense of relief, joy and happiness.

Yes, it's all about creating the emotion in humans that value-creating is all about.

2: Questions are hidden anxiety

Most solopreneurs or businesses are annoyed with questions and that they have to deal with them.

We're back to emotions again, both in you and the customer.

Regardless if you're a leader, manager, solopreneur, or business owner it's not about you, but 100% about the employee or the customer's feelings.

That means that whether you like it or not you have to reassure them you're going to deliver:

  • On schedule

  • The agreed-upon design

  • The right product

  • The right room they ordered for the vacation

  • The right food they ordered

  • The value you promised that digital education would deliver

You have to answer all their questions well enough so their anxiety goes away or they will turn elsewhere.

3: Explaining the product or service will make them trust you

At the exact time when someone is defensive or tries not to answer a question, you will instantly feel they are hiding something and being dishonest.

Like any relationship or business, you connect with people through listening and good communication.

If they are not good listeners you have to help them understand you in order for them to trust you and rid themselves of their anxiety.

By answering all the questions they might have and making sure you deliver on time or under, you'll deliver the anticipated value and therefore allow their body to produce dopamine.

That dopamine will then create a happy memory.

Happy memories are shared with others, and that's how word of mouth works.

The cheapest and most valuable personality trait you have is your ability to explain how a thing works so that it instills trust in them and deletes their anxiety and worry.

So you have to:

This is the easiest way to sleep well at night, knowing you deliver real value to others and make money.

Your partner, friends, and customers will trust you.

That is how you market yourself and your services or products.
