A marvellous course with none other than "Don Norman". The man that coined the profession UX-Designer after his first retirement at Apple. As humans we tend to use system 1 ("Thinking Fast and Slow" Daniel Kahneman, 2011) in our brains to simplify the world around us. That has become detrimental to the design aspect of solving real problems for real people in their environment where they live. But through addressing the right problem, which is never the problem the customer is showing you, you can make a real difference and a tangible impact on the world. Real problems are COMPLEX! There is rarely a simple solution!
